Terex Corporation Vendor Recovery Administrator in Dungannon, United Kingdom

Location: Dungannon

Reporting to: Warranty Manager

Hours of Work : 39¾ hours per week

We have a dynamic role for a high performing and experienced individual to join our warranty team. Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the Vendor Recovery (VR) administrator will be responsible for gathering information from the warranty engineers, assessing these and making a claim against the appropriate supplier for four of our brands. Also, all warranty reports will be generated by the VR administrator.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Along with the warranty engineer, and other internal departments assess warranty claims that maybe possibly passed to the supplier

  • Raise recovery note’s against vendor’s and supply all information required to include reports, photos, videos etc.

  • Build a working relationship with our Vendor network and handling any queries in a proactive and timely manner

  • Process warranty credit notes received from suppliers onto the system

  • Process all approved Dealer warranty claims to produce a credit note

  • Create and distribute warranty and financial reports on a monthly basis to a variety of departments

  • Coordinate and release product notices to our Dealer network through our online system

  • Create quarterly reports for Quality teams

  • Occasionally organise the return of parts from our Dealer network for testing purposes

  • Any other duties as required

    Experience & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • GCSE English and Maths

  • Computer Literate

  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications specifically Excel

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure

  • Previous experience in an administration environment


  • Degree educated

  • Experience in a Technical or Engineering Environment.

  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
